Carol Kean Retiring May 2016
It is with great sadness that we are announcing the retirement of our Sales Office Manager, Carol Kean, at the end of this month.
Carol has been with Impamark for over 15 years and is an extremely well known face to many, and a friendly voice on the phone.
Carol has been there throughout the many changes at Impamark, and also through the transition when Nicky Crisp took over the reigns of her family business on her parent’s retirement in 2006.
Carol has had a particular involvement with the armed forces – an important client for Impamark. The MoD has always played a very important role within Impamark’s client base, but in 2011 this was formalised when Impamark was granted an official licence to supply H M Forces.
During Carol’s time with Impamark she has seen the company become computerised and lost her typewriter, a CRM system is now an essential part of daily working life, electronic invoicing, artwork changing from letraset to electronic, the fax machine almost extinct, and most importantly the business changing from manufacturing to distribution.
Impamark employed Julie Barwick full time in November last year and she, along with the rest of the strong Impamark team will be managing Carol’s clients going forward.
We are going to miss her enormously and she will be impossible to replace, but we all wish both a fantastic employee and loyal friend the very best of luck for the future. |
