Covid-19 – we are always here to help you
20th March 2020
The UK Chief Medical Officers have recently raised the risk to the public from moderate to high
It has left many wondering how to keep up contact with their customers and prevent their sales pipeline from becoming as empty as the toilet roll shelves
We are sure that many of you are struggling with the current crisis and we wanted you to know that we will do all we can to help
There are clearly no short term fixes and we are all going to have to get used to new working practices
What are Impamark doing about it?
Our staff have always had the ability to work remotely. With two offices in two different countries we have always been well prepared for this type of eventuality
Social distancing is forcing people to look at how they can now market their products and services in new and novel ways. In difficult economic times it is particularly important to keep your name in the forefront of peoples’ minds
Online chat
We have used an internal chat system for a long time and you can reach us directly for a chat via the Livechat on our website
Please look at the bottom right hand corner of our website for the Rocket.Chat Livechat icon:
Or go directly to https://chat.impamark.co.uk/livechat
Video meetings
We recognise that visits to clients are now impractical and we are looking at using more videoconferencing for ‘face to face’ meetings
You can request a video conference via the livechat if you want to talk to us face to face!
Direct access to view orders
You can also login and check your Order Status, Invoices and other information in our Contact management system. Please ask for details
Our main phone number is still 01621 782550 but we also have a secondary number which is completely VOIP and goes to everyone: 01621 834980
New products and ideas
Challenging and changing times call for innovative ideas
Although some clients will tragically have major issues, we know that that a large section of the economy needs to keep working, and will do so
For instance schools may have their sites closed, but they still need to be able to communicate with their students. Councils and other public services still need to communicate with the public, particularly with the elderly who may have no internet connection
We are working hard with our suppliers to think of new products, ideas, and methods for the changing times and will be providing information in due course
Keep safe and well
