Impamark Demonstrates Resilience After Devastating Fire
Impamark Prestige Branded Merchandise has faced one of the most challenging events in its 55-year history. On 24th January, a massive fire broke out in a neighbouring unit at Dammerwick Farm, Burnham-on-Crouch, resulting in the total destruction of the company’s offices and premises.
Despite this setback, Impamark has demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination to continue its operations without significant disruption. The company has swiftly secured new premises, which are expected to be operational in the coming weeks. In the interim, staff have transitioned to remote working, ensuring that business activities have resumed as planned on Monday, 27th January.
Managing Director Nicky Crisp expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the emergency services, saying, “We are deeply thankful to the 10 fire crews and 22 fire vehicles from across Essex who worked tirelessly to contain the blaze and protect the surrounding area. Their dedication and bravery were extraordinary.”
The outpouring of support from clients, suppliers, and the local community has been a source of strength for the company. Nicky added, “The messages of encouragement and solidarity we have received have been truly humbling and inspiring during this challenging time. It has been a shocking weekend and my Impamark team have been amazing. None of this would be possible without their loyalty and support, to which I will be forever grateful for.”
