| We have had a amazing year with lots going on! In November Holly left us for pastures new after being with us for over 6 years and sadly she has left the industry. However, Toni joined us in October who is new to the world of promotional merchandise and she welcomes the opportunity of speaking to many of you next year!
In August this year we are very pleased to announce that Flora passed her Trained in Promotional Merchandise (TPM) qualification organised by our trade association the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA). |

In November Impamark attended the annual Advantage Group Members Day and were very proud to win the Commended Award voted for by our suppliers. It was a great opportunity for the Spanish and UK teams to be together and we celebrated in style! In December this year we were also a Winner in the Distributor of the Year Top 25 Sourcing City Awards |
| Ian has been busy attending several exhibitions and trade conferences across the UK this year including NACO, ADSO, IDPE, Essex Wildlife Trust, Stansted Business Expo, Bishop Stortford Means Business and Networking Essex. Ian has met up with many of you and we have lots more planned for 2024! |   |

Impamark have also been working hard on their environmental policies this year and have recently undertaken the new Stepforward Pledge by the BPMA. This new initiative aims to help members take proactive steps to improve their sustainability performance, accelerating the pace of change towards a more sustainable future for our industry and assist with its transition to a low carbon future. We will be bringing you updates on our progress during 2024, as well as offering you clear and concise information with regards to improved green promotional products that are better for our environment |
| In line with our pledge we have continued to support local organisations and national charities this year including the Burnham Carnival, Circus Star, 1st Burnham on Crouch Scouts, Woodland Trust and WWF.
This Christmas we have once again assisted the Trussell Trust with their appeal to stop hunger in the UK. Our donation has helped to support one million emergency food parcels expected to be distributed via food bank networks across the UK. Tragic statistics are now showing that 1 in 7 people in UK are facing hunger because of a lack of money due to the cost of living crisis. |

Chinese New Year – Year of the Dragon 10th February 2024
This means that orders placed pre Christmas and first week January will be able to be delivered prior to CNY. So if you have requirements for lanyards, enamel badges and cufflinks, wristbands, metal trolley coin key rings etc then please do think about placing orders urgently. Orders placed after this in January will be delivered after CNY around the beginning of March |
